When screening caregivers for recommendation to our clients, we look for the gift of mercy and a caring heart. It is always our goal to recommend a caregiver or team of caregivers that you can rely upon to develop a set schedule and continuity of care. Even more importantly, we will recommend caregivers that our clients can develop a personal relationship with giving them the peace of mind to safely remain in their own homes.

Our clients make the decisions on the caregivers they want in their homes.

For clients that need care around the clock, two options of care are available. If the client is compliant and a second bedroom is available, a live-in option can represent a significant cost savings. In live-in situations, we will help you find a team of two caregivers who work a minimum of 5 days at a time alternating between the two caregivers. For client’s with advanced dementia or that cannot be left unsupervised during the time a caregiver would sleep, we can recommend a team of 4 caregivers working 12 hours shifts providing care 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
